Our heli-skiing is unlike anything you could ever imagine. Our ski runs are long and adventurous (up to 5,000 vertical feet), and deep powder is the norm. Because Valdez Heli-Ski Guides caters to advanced and expert skiers and riders, groups are always small.

The Valdez Heli-Ski Guides staff is made up of some of the most experienced heli-ski guides in the United States. Leaders in their field, our guides are made up of year round professional mountain guides, avalanche forecasters, avalanche educators and ski patrollers.

The terrain we access is among the most exciting heli-ski terrain imaginable. With over 2,500 square miles of mountains to explore, we are always able to find excellent skiing.

Valdez Heli-Ski Guides only employs the best pilots in their field. Experienced with heli-ski—specific training and hours of technical flying in mountainous terrain, the same pilots typically fly for us year after year.
