Refunds:

All seven-day packages guarantee 30 ski runs. Five-day packages guarantee 24 runs. Four-day packages guarantee 18 runs. Three-day packages guarantee 12 runs. Refunds are given only in the event of a mechanical breakdown or unflyable weather. If VHSG is unable to meet the run guarantee, either a credit or a refund will be given. Fifty percent of the run guarantee is the maximum refund given. Refunds requiring more than 50 percent will be given a nontrans­ferable credit at the rate of $100 per run, valid for the current or following season only. Unskied runs less than 50 percent of the guaranteed runs will be given a nontransferable credit at the rate of $100, or refunded at the rate of $50 per run.

No refunds will be given due to injury, equipment, skiing ability, or fitness. If a client chooses to leave the field early or does not ski on a skiable day, for any reason, before meeting their ski run guarantee, he/she will be charged a total of six runs. If a client decides to quit skiing early or needs to be evacuated for any reason, including injury, additional costs might be incurred. All rates are subject to change and VHSG reserves the right to cancel any ski week or any combination of skiing packages at any time. If this occurs, a full refund will be given.

Cancellations:

If a cancellation or change in dates is made, notification must be given in writing to the VHSG office. Any changes or cancellations will be charged a $250 cancellation/change fee.

Deposits are 90 percent refundable for cancellations made 180 days prior to the start of the ski week, minus the $250 cancellation/change fee.

Less than 180 days prior to your arrival, all monies paid are 50 percent refundable.

Less than 90 days prior to your arrival, all monies paid are nonrefundable.

Refunds & Cancellations:

All monies received are 90 percent refundable up to 180 days prior to arrival, minus a $250 administration fee. All monies on account are non-refundable after that time. Each Private Package guarantees the first seven flight hours. Hours less than the seven-hour guarantee are refunded at $1,500 per hour or credited for the following season only. If a cancellation is made, notification must be given in writing to the VHSG office. Valdez Heli-Ski Guides has the right to cancel any private ski week at any time. If this occurs, a full refund will be given.
