Meal Times & Restaurant Gratuity

Breakfast / 7am - 10am 

Ski Lunch / Sack lunch served in the field

No Fly Day Lunch / 12pm soup & buffet in addition to daily lunch

Après-Ski / Daily upon post arrival from skiing

Dinner / First Seating 7pm / Second Seating 7:30pm

Daily charges for food and beverage need to be signed off to your room each evening when you are finished in the restaurant and bar. These tickets show prices of food and beverage cost per day. Although your meals are included in your ski package, this process allows you to add gratuity on the full price of service for the day.

If not signed nightly, an 18% Gratuity will be automatically added. Any questions or concerns, please bring to the attention of restaurant management staff.

Housekeeping Service

We will provide daily room refreshes with a complete bedding change mid week.

Laundry Service for Clothing / 8am-10pm

Set your dirty clothes outside room door in provided white basket in the AM for same day service. Please ask if you require extra services other than a Wash/Dry/Fold.

Fitness Center / 7am-9pm

The fitness center is located on the first floor half way down the hall. When using this area early in the morning or late at night please be courteous of your neighbors.

Hot Tub / 7am - Midnight

The Guest hot tub is located outside on the South end of the bottom floor.

Spa towels are provided at hot tub.

Cigar Room

The Cigar Room is located on the second floor, halfway down the hall, where you will find a desk and a lounge.

Fire-Pit

The fire pit is located on the North side of the front deck and all Guests are welcome to use this area. Please let a staff member know that you would like a fire started.

Breakfast will be ready for you Saturday starting from 7am.  

We kindly ask that you pack and bring your bags to the lobby before heading out to ski. 

If desired, shower rooms will be provided upon your return. For your convenience, please use the white baskets from your room for personal items and travel clothing for post ski showers. 

The Tsaina Lodge Staff will be on hand to assist with your checkouts.

Quiet Hours

We kindly ask that you please adhere to the Quiet Hours of 10pm to 7am when in the Guest Room Corridors.

Smoking Policy

Tsaina Lodge is a smoke free environment with the exception of the designated outdoor smoking areas.
